Welcome to the Junior High School Department of Einstein School for Kids – Cebu
A great deal of opportunities await the students after grade school. High school continues the progress made during grade school and aims to hone students into their full potential. Teachers develop lessons that don’t just feed the students’ curiosity and satisfy the student’s eagerness to learn, but they also emphasize the school’s core values to be inculcated in each Einstein student’s heart.
Experiential learning in the department’s curriculum is being maximized in order to mold individuals who are prepared to face the reality of life. Various extracurricular activities and special programs, especially in sports and in the arts, are set for students to develop social responsibility and character formation. The Junior High School Department aims to provide a holistic program that is designed to help students develop a mind of a scientist, as well as a heart for the community.
CURRICULUM
English
The English program helps produce graduates who show great appreciation of the significance of the universal language. It aims to develop individuals who can apply the language’s principles in their day to day living and in their profession in the near future.
Filipino
The Filipino subject of the junior high school department intends to embed into the hearts of the students the value of respecting and valuing the importance of the national language of the Philippines. The subject makes sure that the students, as well as those who are of different nationalities, become capable of conversing in Filipino with ease.
Mathematics
Generating critical-thinkers and problem solvers are one of the goals of the Mathematics program. The program allows students to experience and realize how mathematical concepts are applied in a real-life setting. We adopt the method of Singapore Math in certain lessons. This helps the transition of students from grade school to high school thus making the subject more comprehensible.
Science
Projects/activities in the science program of the Junior High School are designed to widen the horizon of the students in order for them to bring about theories, ideas, products or research that would be beneficial in their community and eventually for the entire society. Technology is integrated in the teaching of Science to be able to be at par with the advancements that exists in this generation the next that would follow.
Research
The research program of the department is essential as students proceed to being Senior High School. The inculcation and instruction of the basic ideas or concepts of the how’s and why’s of making a research paper would be significant for the fact that this would lead to the development of profound and useful research.

The program intends for the students to understand and appreciate the history/ background of how and why they interact with each other, other beliefs, and practices.
